Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ICT sector
- Develop and present tailored software and hardware solutions to clients
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and respond to RFPs
- Build strong relationships with technology partners such as Zebra and Honeywell
- Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Provide input into product development and marketing based on customer feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in ICT sales or account management, preferably in both software and hardware
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and hardware such as Zebra and Honeywell devices
- Proven track record in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Preferred – Experience in sectors such as retail, logistics, manufacturing, Distribution or field services
- Preferred – Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (e.g. Odoo, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
