We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to be based in our Erbil office to ultimately support the growth of our business by managing our online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid and organic digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google
- Manage and grow social media presence with relevant, engaging content
- Create and maintain content calendars for multiple verticals
- Design visuals and digital assets using various tools
- Implement SEO best practices and manage basic website updates (WordPress)
- Track campaign analytics and generate performance reports
- Support internal teams with recruitment campaigns, job posts, and branding efforts
- Stay updated on digital trends and competitor activity in the region
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or professional services
- Proven ability to run campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads
- Strong SEO/SEM knowledge and familiarity with website CMS (WordPress)
- Excellent written and visual content creation skills in English
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce graphics and videos
- Organized, analytical, and self-motivated with very strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms is a plus
