Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to clients and FM service providers for electrical engineering that is aligned with industry’s best practices and standards, such as SFG20, NFPA, and SBC
- Responsible for managing and maintaining all electrical systems within the facility, including power distribution, lighting, backup power (generators and UPS), and related control systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Preferably holds relevant certifications such as CFM/FMP/PMP
