Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Prepare employment contracts and maintain HR documentation
- Maintain and process payroll accurately and on time
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies in compliance with company standards
- Ensure all HR activities comply with the Iraq Labour Law and local regulations
- Prepare HR reports as required
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and other HR tools
- Knowledge of the Iraq Labour Law
- Experience in policy development, payroll, and contract preparation
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English, and Kurdish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
