Job Purpose

Job Purpose
The Regional Sales Director, Southeast Region, will lead a regional team of the commercial field organization composed of Sales, Clinical, and Therapy Development professionals. The Regional Sales Director will provide strategic direction and field leadership to ensure alignment between outreach, education, and commercial execution, while overseeing all aspects of team performance, physician engagement, and KOL relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial field team launching and growing Paradise (Ultrasound Denervation System), the first ever renal denervation product into the market
- Provide strategic and operational leadership across both sales execution and therapy development activities within the region
- Ensure alignment of commercial and educational initiatives with the Therapy Development and Sales Territory Managers in a cohesive field structure
- Drive both revenue growth and market adoption by combining best-in-class sales execution with impactful physician education and outreach
- Hire, train, develop, coach, recognize, and retain high-performing individuals across the integrated field team
- Motivate, lead, and inspire all team members—regardless of function—to achieve commercial goals, expand therapy access, and deliver exceptional customer engagement
- Partner with senior leadership to align regional business plans with corporate objectives for both sales' performance and therapy awareness
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, referring physicians, KOLs, and society leaders who influence regional and national adoption
- Organize and lead educational programs, advisory boards, and outreach activities to support clinical engagement and long-term market development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Market Access to support training, evidence generation, and health economic tools
- Set performance goals, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across the entire field team
- Submit timely and accurate reports related to performance metrics, field activities, funnel management, and market insights
- Develop a deep bench of talent by fostering career development and mentorship within the integrated team, while creating a culture of innovation, accountability, and proactive engagement
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading integrated field teams across sales and market development functions
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a history of exceeding sales and adoption targets
- Expertise in physician engagement, clinical education, and patient access pathways
- Effective leadership and coaching capabilities to guide diverse roles toward shared objectives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience managing regional budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- Proven track record in highly technical, competitive environments within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and build strong cross-functional partnerships
