mselect is looking to hire a Sales Manager for an international heavy industry client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of organizational strategy to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Baghdad
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide customized solutions
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
  • Assign development programs for dealers and dealer teams
  • Engage in the dealers’ daily activities
  • Develop products and lead product development projects

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Baghdad, minimum 2 years
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product specifications
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Valid driving license in Baghdad
  • Proficiency in English
