mselect is looking to hire a Sales Supervisor for a retail client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or field operations experience within the retail or consumer goods sector. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must; proficiency in Turkish is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work plans for field sales representatives
- Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
- Accompany field visits to provide coaching and mentoring support
- Ensure that campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies are correctly implemented in the field
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers and conduct regular visits
- Resolve customer complaints, develop action plans, and share updates with management
- Conduct competitor analysis and report market insights gathered from the field to management
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience: 3 years of experience
- Languages: Arabic, English, and Turkish (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of field operations
- Valid driver’s license with active driving skills
- No travel restrictions
- Proficiency in MS Office (CRM knowledge is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel to North and South Iraq as required
