Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts, layouts, and visual assets for marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure designs align with overall brand strategy and objectives
- Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for both online and offline media
- Ensure all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in the advertising or marketing industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media content design and visual marketing trends
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
