Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient completion of daily maintenance activities, projects, and emergency work, including Maintenance Advisor, Maintenance Planning/Scheduling Lead, Site Operations & Planning Teams, BOC site execution teams, Facilities Maintenance Manager, OTL, Operations & Discipline Advisors (MOC/Elec/Inst/RE & Wells), Service Providers, PSCM & Materials teams for timely material availability, and HSE Advisors to reinforce a ‘Safety First’ culture.

Job Purpose
- Supports the Maintenance Advisor (MA) with all maintenance-related aspects in their assigned station
- Supports execution of work through identification, planning, scheduling & execution of planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Co-ordinate efficient execution of maintenance activities in assigned area
- Coach and mentor the local workforce
- Implement structured maintenance system assigned production facilities
- Implement good Work Management processes and adherence
Key Responsibilities
- Promotes a culture of open safety reporting and continuous improvement
- Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results
- Supports MA to ensure the safe execution of maintenance activities in support of client’s standards, values, and behaviors is carried out inside assigned station
- Supports the MA to ensure effective and efficient asset maintenance, covering multi-discipline Preventative (PM) & Corrective (CM) maintenance activities completed in the assigned station
- Owns and maintains a zero tolerance for overdue maintenance (SCE and Anomaly management) to reduce risk to production/personnel/plant and environment
- Deputizes for the MA for daily Validation and Maintenance Planning meetings with the station team, ensuring timely validation of new work, if the MA is not available
- Seek continuous improvements (CI) by standardizing best practices across site and maintenance teams, optimizing the maintenance strategy, improving maintenance build, and optimizing materials look-up and staging
- Drives compliance with the standardized Work Management process, including deferral and risk management
- Helps the MA maintain the required daily updates/progress in the O&M tracker and department-specific daily reports
- Inputs into the choke model for their assigned degassing station to ensure Vulnerabilities are understood and assessed to reduce risk and optimize production Supports the MA for driving plant and equipment availability and supporting reliability improvement initiatives that are discovered as part of RCFA investigations, ensuring timely closure of any allocated station actions
- Recommends execution optimization opportunities to the Maintenance Advisor
- Supports the MA in maintaining the 12wk Maintenance activity schedule Seeks nesting opportunities for all activities and ensures no activities at risk (red flag) will be carried into the schedule without prior agreement with MA
- Ensure change management (MOC) issues are identified and Engineering Queries (EQs) are raised promptly to resolve and meet business objectives
- Support MA & Operations teams in safely returning the plant to operation after planned interventions, ensuring timely GOC paperwork closeout (ITRs), MC1 walk-downs, and PSSR sign-off
- Seek continuous improvements (CI) by standardizing best practices across site and maintenance teams, optimizing the maintenance strategy, improving maintenance build, and optimizing materials look-up and staging
- Input and manage to maintain BB for site TAR and Train outages
Requirements
- Above 3 Years’ experience in the O&G industry (Preferable with IOC’s direct or contract)
- Technical HNC certificate in Maintenance discipline role
- Good English language proficiency spoken and written
- Practical exposure to production facilities
- Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc)
- Ability to identify and assess safety hazards
- Leadership Skills – managing multi-discipline and multi-cultural workforce
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify priorities of maintenance activities in a high-activity environment
- Driven to deliver continuous improvement
- Strong bias for being proactive and getting results
- Good understanding of Computerized maintenance management systems (CMSS – Maximo)
- Good knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling
