mselect is looking to hire a Sales Executive for an IT client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose

The role is responsible for representing the company’s products and services by leveraging consumer research and a thorough understanding of how solutions meet customer needs. It focuses on achieving weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies. The position involves generating leads and building strong relationships by organizing daily activities to engage with existing and prospective customers. Additionally, the role develops and executes territory action plans based on in-depth data analysis, continuously adjusting sales approaches in response to customer interactions and field performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge to conduct demonstrations and address objections effectively
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales targets by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process, often including product demos and presentations
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to uphold quotas and company standards
  • Participate in regular business review meetings and forecast calls
  • Act as the primary point of contact for accounts
  • Provide feedback on initiatives to enable continuous program improvement
  • Work collaboratively within a networked organization and virtual teams
  • Engage in direct sales management in Iraq
  • Conduct cold calls and customer visits, ensuring at least three daily meetings

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Technology)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a related field
  • You must have your transportation
  • The candidate will be required to travel both between cities and locally
