Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their recruitment needs
- Proactively source and manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding
- Negotiate terms of business with new clients and successfully place top-tier candidates
- Use your expertise to match client requirements with high-quality talent
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for billings and client satisfaction
- Maintain and grow a strong network of clients and candidates within your focus industries
- Stay on top of market trends and continuously adapt strategies to stay competitive in the Saudi market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- At least 5 years of 360 recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia or similar markets
- Strong track record in business development and client management
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
