mselect is looking to hire a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a minimum 5 years of 360 recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia or similar markets. Fluency in English is a must.

Job Purpose
mselect is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This is a 360° recruitment role, covering both business development and the delivery of high-quality recruitment solutions across Saudi Arabia and nearby markets. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, and we’ll provide you with the support and resources needed to build and manage your own desk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, role management, and full-cycle recruitment with the ability to drive growth and deliver exceptional talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their recruitment needs
  • Proactively source and manage candidates through the full recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients and successfully place top-tier candidates
  • Use your expertise to match client requirements with high-quality talent
  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for billings and client satisfaction
  • Maintain and grow a strong network of clients and candidates within your focus industries
  • Stay on top of market trends and continuously adapt strategies to stay competitive in the Saudi market

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • At least 5 years of 360 recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia or similar markets
  • Strong track record in business development and client management
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from end to end
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment
