mselect is looking to hire an Assistant Manager for a hygiene care retail client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or assistant management role. Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the office
- Oversee and coordinate administrative tasks to maintain efficiency across departments
- Monitor and report on the performance of various departments to senior management
- Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
- Support the management team in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment
- Handle communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses in both English and Arabic
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients and senior management
- Maintain and organize office documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and stored securely
- Assist in the preparation of official documents and reports for senior management
- Provide training and support to staff on company policies and best practices
- Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at improving office operations and overall productivity
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist senior management in decision-making by providing detailed analysis and insights
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management or assistant management role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Must be fluent in both English, Kurdish and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
