RESPONSIBILITY
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop HR strategies in alignment with the organization's strategic direction. Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for HR initiatives
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process, including job design, posting, interviewing, and selection. Oversee talent management and succession planning
- Performance Management: Design and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and aligns with organizational goals
- Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop programs for continuous employee development
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages. Manage payroll and benefits administration
- Employee Relations: Create and maintain a positive work environment, handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, revise, and suggest policies and procedures. Ensure HR policies are consistent with current laws and practices
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Organizational Development: Lead change management and organizational development initiatives
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Use HR metrics for decision-making and to track and report on HR effectiveness
- Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and retention
- Workplace Safety: Ensure workplace safety protocols and wellness initiatives
- Employee Process Enhancement/Review: Regularly review and enhance employee processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Cultural Stewardship: Promote and uphold the company’s values and culture
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Extensive experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record as an HR Manager or Senior HR role (5 years minimum experience)
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, and best practices
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with HR software and tools, proficiency in Odoo is advantageous
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with AI tools / Gen AI such as ChatGPT
