mselect is seeking an HSSE Onboarding Coordinator for a major international oil and gas operator in Qatar. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Admin role of training and competency of candidates
- Training delivery of multiple Safety modules to a mass of 200 people at a time for several days
- Track training status of candidates and ensuring training completion
- Communicate with Training focal point to get the data and mark on passports
- Manage the Safety Center booth progress and monitoring quality
- Compile data of training completion for site access & Passport & Sticker issuance
- Site safety walks and unsafe act/ conditions reporting during TA execution window
- Rotation shifts of work (Night shift/ Day shift)
- Coordinating delivery of Stand down message to mass of MTA workers in Toolbox Talks
- Analyze unsafe entries from Dashboard and reporting
- Support onboarding of Turnaround contractor and the staff
Key Requirements
- HSSE Professional – Science Graduate or Diploma on HSSE (NEBOSH or IOSH will be an added value)
- Ability to speak, understand & write in English and Hindi
- Ability to deliver Training to a large mass of people in English/ Hindi
- Computer proficiency on MS Office
- Minimum work experience – 10 years
- Ability to work with Multinational Cultural people
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
