mselect is looking to hire an ITC Project Manager for an international oil and gas operator in Basrah, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of IT project delivery experience within the oil and gas industry. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead & deliver a stage-gated process and coordinate input from project team members for project evaluation and execution
- Manage and report project Budgets, Schedules, Change Control, Scope, KPI Dashboards, Activity Boards, Action Trackers and Risk Registers
- Interface with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of project Activities & Deliverables
- Capture, communicate and apply lessons learned and best practices
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- Work with the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Project Team to identify and effectively mitigate HSSE risk
- Demonstrate behaviours which promote a safe and environmentally responsible work process in all aspects of the job
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Management or equivalent
- Willingness and ability to work in a rotational work pattern
- English and Arabic fluency
- Minimum of 5 years IT project delivery experience in the oil and gas industry
- Demonstrable skills in: Scheduling, Task Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Budgeting, Reporting, Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Knowledge of and certification in a formal project management framework such as PMP or another PMI accreditation
- Experience using SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar planning tool
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Master’s degree or other post-graduate education in the field of IT or business management
- Certifications in ITIL and other technical specializations are highly regarded
- Analytical and data interpretation skills, performance management and service management experience
- Familiarity with reporting & dashboard applications such as MS Planner, MS Project, DevOps, PowerBI & SmartSheets
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and services
- Strategic mindset and process-driven with attention to detail
