mselect is looking to hire a Marketing Advisor for an FMCG client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have at least 8 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our dairy products, including milk, cheese, yogurt, and more
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales, production, and product development
- Create compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Manage branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and loyalty
- Analyse marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance and ROI
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven 8 to 10 years’ experience in marketing roles within the dairy industry or related FMCG sector
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, positioning, and consumer behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques
- Familiarity with dairy industry regulations and standards is a plus
