Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of tenders
- Gather necessary documentation for tender submissions
- Carry out supplier registrations by filling out forms or through portal applications
- Maintain accurate records and databases of contracts, tenders, and other operational documents
- Assist in the writing and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, Bid Lead, and other team members
- Monitor and track document and contract renewal dates
- Handle basic inquiries and correspondence from clients, suppliers, and other external parties
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows
- Stay updated on industry trends and check certain sources for relevant opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and database management
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Positive, receptive, and open-minded attitude towards teamwork and collaboration
- Ethical and observant, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity
- Previous experience or background in contracts management or tendering is preferred
