- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems issues
- Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify equipment malfunctions accurately
- Perform emergency repairs as needed to minimize downtime
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain detailed service records and generate repair reports
- Provide technical guidance and training to equipment operators
- Collaborate with the team to optimize equipment efficiency and reliability
Qualifications
- Technical degree or diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Minimum of 7-9 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in relevant software, e.g., maintenance management software
- Fluency in English is a must, Arabic is a plus
