This role requires expertise in both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing, as well as strong ownership and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Planning and Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans to achieve market share and revenue growth
- Ensure alignment with the regional marketing strategy and corporate goals
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Plan and execute impactful ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, OOH and digital advertising
- Lead BTL initiatives such as in-store promotions, trade shows, and activations to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective trade marketing execution and alignment with retail strategies
- Monitor and evaluate trade execution to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and creative agencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including distributors and retailers
- Track the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Provide regular reports and insights to the Regional Marketing Director and other stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Proven expertise in ATL and BTL marketing execution
- Strong analytical, organizational, and ownership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Fluency in English and Kurdish, and knowledge of Arabic is an advance
- Willingness to travel within Iraq as required
