mselect is looking to hire an ERP Manager for a Facilities Management company in Dubai, UAE. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing ERP solutions. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
The primary role will be to lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects for our organization's ERP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, aligning business requirements with system capabilities, streamlining business processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget Proactively identify and address risks and issues that could affect project timelines or outcomes
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and IT teams, to understand their requirements, priorities, and expectations Serve as a liaison between different teams to promote effective collaboration
  • Vendor Selection and Management: Evaluate and select ERP system vendors based on organizational needs, system capabilities, and cost-effectiveness Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during ERP system implementations
  • Data Management: Develop and maintain data management protocols, including data cleansing, data migration, and data integration strategies Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and decision-making purposes
  • User Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to ERP system users, addressing their inquiries, issues, and training needs Conduct regular training sessions to promote user proficiency and maximize system utilization
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Create and execute test plans to validate system functionalities, integrations, and data accuracy Monitor and evaluate project metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize business processes, enhance system functionalities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives after implementation
  • Risk Management: Take a proactive approach to assess potential risks, develop risk management strategies, and implement them effectively

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing ERP solutions
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in change management and relevant ERP Certifications (i.e SAP, Oracle, Zoho, Oodoo etc)
