Tasks and responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
• Prepare reports and presentations as directed by the manager.
• Manage correspondence (email, phone calls, letters).
• Organize files and documents and ensure easy access to them.
• Monitor the implementation of daily tasks and provide periodic reports to the manager.
• Support the manager in preparing work plans and budgets, if necessary.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth implementation of administrative instructions.
Qualifications and requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• At least [1-3] years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organize and work under pressure.
• Strong communication abilities in Arabic & kurdish & Turkish
