Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting processes
- Oversee cost control, pricing strategies, and margin analysis
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, international financial standards, and internal controls
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures
- Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to align financial objectives with operational execution
- Recommend improvements for financial performance, efficiency, and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
