Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations across packaging, quality, and logistics
- Ensure production targets, safety standards, and product quality are consistently met
- Manage raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages
- Lead and coach department managers across maintenance, lab, and warehouse
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Report operational performance, downtime, and efficiency metrics to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in plant management, preferably in beverage production
- Strong leadership, process optimization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with utilities (steam, CO recovery, cooling) and production planning
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
