Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned outlets daily as per the route plan
- Ensure product availability and visibility in-store
- Sell and deliver products directly to customers
- Collect payments and issue receipts
- Achieve daily sales and collection targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales and stock
- Report market feedback and competitor activity
- Handle products with care and follow FIFO rules
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent) at minimum
- 1-3 years of experience as a food product sales representative
- Valid driving license No transportation allowance as the candidate will use client vehicles
- Clearance letter from previous employers (if applicable)
- Presentable appearance
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to learn and grow
