mselect is looking to hire a Sales Executive for an international training organization based in Riyadh, KSA. Candidates must have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional training, HR solutions, or consulting. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
A leading provider of world-class face-to-face training solutions is seeking a high-performing Sales Executive to join its dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping organizations grow through learning and possess proven sales experience in the B2B training or consulting sector. Specializing in leadership, management, and professional development programs, the company is rapidly expanding its corporate client base and operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful learning initiatives across top-tier organizations in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development and account growth through consultative sales techniques
  • Sell our portfolio of public training programs to HR leaders, L&D managers, and department heads
  • Conduct regular client visits and virtual meetings to identify training needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate, government, and semi-government sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Delivery, to ensure seamless implementation
  • Use CRM (e.g. Salesforce) and reporting tools to track pipeline and forecast revenue

Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in professional training, HR solutions, or consulting
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Arabic  
  • Comfortable dealing with senior management and decision-makers
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through, organization, and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required (Jeddah, Jubail, etc)

Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of learning & development trends and corporate training models
  • Familiarity with key account management and consultative selling
  • Strong MS Office skills, CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred
