Job Purpose
We are looking for an App Marketing Specialist to create content for the app and then lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across paid and organic channels. You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams to create content grow app users and optimize performance across app stores and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Content Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process for SDK and app marketing assets, from agency briefing to final approvals
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand voice, UX/UI standards, and user acquisition objectives
- Coordinate agency relationships, providing clear briefs, and actionable feedback, and managing timelines and deliverables
- Work on a full-funnel marketing campaign to drive app downloads and usage
- Own and optimize end-to-end app marketing funnel (awareness - download - activation - retention)
- Plan and execute paid user acquisition campaigns (Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, programmatic)
- Manage App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy across iOS and Android
- Monitor app performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV) and use data to inform strategy
- Collaborate with creative agency and content teams to test ad creatives and landing pages
- Work with CRM and lifecycle teams to improve onboarding and in-app engagement
- Run experiments (A/B testing, incrementality tests) to drive scalable growth
- Use insights to guide improvements in creative strategy
- Identify new opportunities to drive downloads and in-app usage
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, design) and external agency partners
- Present recommendations and campaign results to stakeholders
- Proven experience managing creative/content projects with agencies
- Basic Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools (Figma, Adobe…etc)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
Requirements
- 3+ years in-app or mobile marketing, preferably in high-growth environments
- Proven experience with paid acquisition on Meta, Google UAC, and other mobile platforms
- Strong analytical mindset; experience with tools like Firebase
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and data teams
- Strong understanding of app marketing KPIs (CPI, LTV, churn, DAU/MAU, ARPU)
