Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing contracts for integrated facilities management services, including soft and hard services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g., commercial, healthcare, retail, industrial)
- Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and bids for clients
- Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders in a timely and accurate manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams during the pre-contract phase
- Work closely with operations, finance, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements and align with company capabilities
- Support strategic planning and forecasting for FM business growth
- Lead negotiations on pricing, scope of services, SLAs, and commercial terms
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5–8 years of business development experience in the facilities management or related services sector
- Proven track record of winning medium to large-scale FM contracts
