- Provide Facilities Management consultancy and technical expertise on all mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with standards such as SBC, ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, and SFG20
- Experience in facilities management, managing agent/Consultant is preferred
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, FMP, LEED, or ASHRAE membership are highly desirable
