mselect is looking to hire a Personal Assistant for a logistics client in Baghdad, Iraq. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior executives, corporate background is preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide high-level administrative support to the executive or senior management team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. The PA acts as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information professionally and carefully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls, and messages), prioritizing and responding on behalf of the executive when required
  • Prepare reports, briefings, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and departments, staff, and external partners
  • Support the executive in tracking key tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide analytical support for decision-making
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the executive’s role
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, expense reports, and documentation
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the executive office by anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives (Corporate background is preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in (English and Arabic)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and committed to excellence in service delivery
