Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: 
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s entire supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials and products, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and accurate inventory management. The Supply Chain Manager must coordinate with multiple departments and external suppliers to optimize operational workflows in line with company objectives.
 Key Responsibilities: 
•    Developing and implementing supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and operational needs.
•    Managing procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes to ensure efficiency and cost control.
•    Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers locally, regionally, and internationally.
•    Monitoring and optimizing stock levels, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations.
•    Coordinating with the Sales, Finance, Production, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
•    Planning and overseeing the transportation of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
•    Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers and logistics providers.
•    Preparing and analyzing supply chain reports including inventory status, procurement costs, delivery performance, and supplier evaluations.
•    Monitoring market trends, price fluctuations, and supply risks, and recommending necessary adjustments.
•    Ensuring compliance with internal policies, local regulations, and international trade laws.
•    Leading, supervising, and developing the supply chain team.
•    Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports for top management.
•    Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
•    Any other tasks assigned by his/her line manager.
 
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
•    Minimum 5 years of proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG, distribution, or industrial sector.
•    Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
•    Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehousing.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•    Fluency in Turkish, English, Arabic, and native-level Kurdish (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
•    The candidate must be Kurdish.
•    Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
