Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Karbala, Iraq
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products within Karbala and surrounding areas. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional support and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promoting and selling the company’s products to customers within the assigned region.
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
• Visiting clients regularly to strengthen relationships, take orders, and introduce new products.
• Preparing daily visit plans and reports on market activities and customer feedback.
• Managing order processing, delivery follow-ups, and ensuring timely payments.
• Identifying new market opportunities, potential clients, and sales prospects.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and reporting findings to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure the availability and timely delivery of orders.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving any operational or service issues.
• Preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients to ensure continued business growth.
• Any other tasks assigned by his/her line manager.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or retail sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the Iraqi market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluent in Arabic (both speaking and writing); English is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Valid driving license is a plus
