mselect is looking to hire an IT Business Development Executive for an IT client in Erbil, Iraq. Candidates must have 2-3 years in B2B IT Sales, business development, or a related field. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Business Development Executive to spearhead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and establish long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will work independently to generate leads, close deals, and eventually scale a sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional looking to transition into a sales Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract new clients
  • Identify and target potential customers for ICT, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions
  • Conduct cold calling, networking, and email outreach to generate leads
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients
  • Understand customer pain points and propose tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
Sales Growth & Expansion:
  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Future Leadership & Team Building:
  • After proving sales success, take the lead in hiring and training new sales team members
  • Develop a scalable sales process and sales strategy for team expansion
  • Mentor and coach junior sales professionals as the team grows

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven 2-3 years’ experience in B2B IT Sales, business development, or a related field
  • Familiarity with IT solutions, software, cloud computing, and digital transformation strategies
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions

Rotation
6 days a week, 8 hours per day
