Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract new clients
- Identify and target potential customers for ICT, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and email outreach to generate leads
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients
- Understand customer pain points and propose tailored IT and cybersecurity solutions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM tools
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- After proving sales success, take the lead in hiring and training new sales team members
- Develop a scalable sales process and sales strategy for team expansion
- Mentor and coach junior sales professionals as the team grows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven 2-3 years’ experience in B2B IT Sales, business development, or a related field
- Familiarity with IT solutions, software, cloud computing, and digital transformation strategies
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions
